Size Tolerance
Please note that all product measurements may have a size tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm due to the production and measuring process.

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after the order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.

Store & Shipping Schedule
Our store and shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Orders can still be placed during these days, but they will be processed on the next business day.

Toleransi Ukuran

Proses Pesanan & Pengiriman
Pesanan akan dikirim dalam waktu 1 hari kerja setelah pesanan diproses dan pembayaran berhasil dikonfirmasi.

Jadwal Operasional Toko & Pengiriman
Aktivitas toko dan pengiriman libur setiap hari Sabtu, Minggu, dan Tanggal Merah. Pesanan tetap dapat dilakukan pada hari tersebut, namun akan diproses pada hari kerja berikutnya.

Please allow up to 30 working days for production, quality control, and packing before shipment. The timeline may change depending on production capacity, order volume, and material availability.

Please note that pre-order items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once production has started. If your order includes both ready stock and pre-order items, your package will be shipped together once all items are ready.
